What you’ll need:
White Chocolate Syrup
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 oz white chocolate
- Optional: 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha
- 1/2 cup warm milk of choice
- 2 Tbsp white chocolate syrup
- 6 oz strongly brewed Peppermint Cocoa Perk Half Caf coffee
- Optional: whipped cream and crushed candy cane bits for toppings
How to make it:
White Chocolate Syrup
- Combine cream and sugar in a saucepan set over medium heat, and bring just to a boil. Meanwhile, place chopped white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Pour hot cream mixture over chocolate and let sit for 5 minutes. Whisk until smooth, microwaving for about 10 seconds if needed to ensure all chocolate is completely melted. Whisk in the peppermint extract.
- Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a jar or other airtight container. Transfer to the refrigerator to store until ready to use.
White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha
- Froth warm milk and white chocolate syrup together using a milk frother or a whisk.
- Add hot coffee to a mug and top with frothed milk. Stir together to combine. Top with whipped cream and candy cane bits, if desired. Serve immediately - enjoy!
