The first thing we always do to guarantee our coffees are astonishingly great,  is select high-quality and full-flavored beans. We use natural decaffeination processes that use only water or a sugarcane derived ingredient. After that, we always ensure our coffees are freshly roasted in small batches with extreme attention to detail. Our coffees are thoughtfully made so you can enjoy the incredible flavor and still feel your best.

To select which green coffees to buy, we start by “cupping” each coffee to develop a deep understanding of it. Cupping is a formal way of tasting the coffee, complete with all kinds of Specialty Coffee Association protocols and best practices.

Savorista offers great discounts, many of which are only available to our Savorista Insider Community that receives our newsletters (make sure to subscribe!). When you’re ready to check out, navigate to your shopping cart and select checkout. Once you’re at the checkout page, input only one discount code in the bar on the right-hand side that reads “Gift card or discount code,” and then select “Apply.” You can just copy and paste the code, and our website will do the rest for you!

You can sign up for a subscription by navigating to either the Decaf or Half Caf pages where you will find our shuffle and pre-paid subscriptions that you can add to your cart and purchase. Another option is to navigate to one of your favorite Savorista coffees, and select “Subscribe & Save” instead of “One-Time Purchase.” This way you can automatically receive your coffee of choice on your own schedule.

When you first subscribed, you created a customer portal with your own customer account login. At any time, you can log in to your portal and make edits to your delivery address, delivery schedule, quantity, and products. If you have trouble finding the link to your account, you can find it in your order confirmation email.

We roast our coffees to order twice per week on Mondays and Thursdays, generally shipping them on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you order Thursday through Sunday, we will roast your order on Monday. Monday through Wednesday orders will be roasted on Thursday. We send our coffee by USPS. Due to COVID, ship times are still slightly slower than pre-COVID, but most coffees still arrive within a few days of shipping
We are excited to offer free shipping on all of our subscription orders and orders over $50.

Please note that since we are a food company, we cannot accept returns and all sales are final. Partial-refunds, store credits, or replacements may be issued if product quality has been compromised. Shipping costs are not able to be refunded. Savorista is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
