Aromatic, clean and satisfying

Very pleasant aroma, little oils/residue when grinding and easy to get a clean extraction on a pour-over w/ a V60. Very smooth cup and the flavored is backseat, but still present, when drinking. Not a "challenging" cup of coffee, so if you're used to stronger decafs, you might find it maybe a little too timid.

As a holiday break from the usual, it's fantastic and the non-coffee drinkers in the household will love you just for the wonderful scent everyone in the room gets.
